1. Free delivery within the United Arab Emirates (for orders above AED 100).
2. For orders less than AED 100, shipping charge is AED 10 only.
3. Only AED 50 for delivery to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, and Egypt.
- The above shipping charge is the standard rate applied to International Shipments. The customer may be required to pay additional shipping-related costs upon the delivery of order.
4. When orders are placed through Al Washia, our retail store partner, you can opt to collect your orders from the store at a maximum of 2 business days depending on the availability of the item without additional shipping charges. Otherwise, if you still wanted your orders to be delivered to your address, charges apply as per clauses 5.1 and 5.2.
5. There are some products whose numbers are limited. It can be sold out by the time your order has been confirmed. We shall inform you immediately through email and let you know the estimated delivery date.
6. Orders placed within UAE and outside UAE
a. For orders placed within UAE :
- orders placed from Sundays to Wednesdays before 1PM, delivery will be on the next business day, provided that stocks of the ordered items are at hand; otherwise, delivery will be on the 2nd business day from the date you placed the order
- orders placed from Sundays to Wednesdays after 1 PM, delivery will be on the 2nd business day
- orders placed on Thursdays before 1 PM, delivery will be on Sunday
- orders placed on Thursdays after 1 PM, delivery will be on Monday
- orders placed during the weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), delivery will only be on Monday
b. For orders placed outside of UAE, delivery will be 5 to 7 days maximum from the date
order was placed.
7. We are using third party service providers, e.g., Fetchr and SpeedEx, in delivering your order. Once order has been collected, the shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for the delivery. From this point on, we no longer have control over your order.
8. Delivery Delays:
- If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay;
- If no one is available at your address to take delivery, please contact the shipping company directly to rearrange delivery. However, we can assist you in this matter in any way we can;
- After a failed delivery to you, and you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re arrange delivery, we will cancel your order.
9. Title to Products. The products remain the property of AlbastakiOnline.com until full payment of the price. A product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address and you have paid for the product, that is in
case of COD.
10. Invoice. We will issue a computer-generated invoice for your purchase and send such invoice together with your order. This will serve as our official invoice.
